We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost 100% of the CHINA.

How can know my order's status?

Option one,Check your email box,'Order Confrimation' and 'Delivery Confirmation' will be sent to you;Opton two,Sign in with your YeFlowers Account,check 'Track your order'

What's your Delivery Charge's policy?

Free delivery,No hidden fee,No tax fee.

Can you send gifts on sunday?

Yes. Our service is 7x24x365.

Is same day delivery available?

Yes,our cut off times is 2P.M in Beijing time (During peak holiday periods, cut off times for placing orders may vary )

What If Recipient Is Unavailable?

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, the florist will either: For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return . For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. For Hotel or Hospital,the delivery person may leave the gift in Front Desk for the recipient to retrieve. Please note: the florist may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.

What's your Substitution Policy?

In rare circumstances specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. If a particular flower or container is not available, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. If this is not acceptable, and you wish us to cancel your order if it cannot be delivered as pictured and requested, then choosing the DO NOT SUBSTITUTE box on the order form will circumvent any substitutions.

What's your Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and plants that will last at least seven days. If you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please contact us within that time period(take picture or send back to our local floralshop) and we will replace your item or refund your money.

Is it convenient to place my order?

You can order by online or email or our online customer service. Highly recommend that you order online,Don't worry,Register is not a must.

Can I ask to send at specific time?
